Odin, Thor’s all powerful father and leader of all the Norse Gods, puts Thor into the body of Mild-mannered doctor Donald Blake. Blake discovers the mystical hammer Mjolnir in a cave while on vacation in Norway (and subsequently fleeing from a group of aliens) and when he smashes the hammer into the ground he becomes Thor, God of Thunder.
